Marketing for cleaning companies

More qualified leads for your cleaning company.

Google, Microsoft and Meta ads for residential and commercial cleaning companies — with ad spend tracked through to the jobs it produced, so you see cost per booked job, not just cost per lead.

✓Search and Maps campaigns built around the jobs you actually want
✓Every traceable enquiry matched to the job it became, by channel
✓Landing pages and follow-up automation that help your team book the enquiry

Management from $650/mo · no lock-in · flat fee confirmed on a short call · ad spend paid directly to the platforms, in accounts you own.

“Their strategic guidance, detailed reporting, and continuous optimisation have improved our lead quality and maximised the value of our ad investment.”

Three problems we see in almost every cleaning company

The problem

Leads dry up between seasons

What we do

Search and Maps campaigns by service area and job type, budgets shifted to the seasons and services that convert, so the pipeline does not depend on referrals alone.

The problem

Invisible when locals search

What we do

Ads on the exact “house cleaning near me” and “commercial cleaning [city]” searches, landing pages that match them, and a Business Profile that supports the click.

The problem

Paying for leads you cannot trace

What we do

Each traceable enquiry carries its click, and we match it to the job scheduled in your booking software. You see all bookings, the advertising-attributed share, and cost per booked job by channel — unmatched bookings shown as unmatched.

What happens next

A conversation first, then the audit

1
20-minute intro call, booked within one business day. How you take bookings, which jobs you want more of, what has been tried.
2
Written two-page audit within 48 hours of the call, with the five parts on the right.
3
A plain recommendation: work with us, or do it yourself with the plan. “No thanks” ends it — no follow-up sequence.
The five parts of the audit
  1. Lead-source map — where enquiries can come from, what tracking is visibly in place, what is still unknown.
  2. Cost per booked job, today and target — measured when you share spend and booking records; otherwise a labelled estimate, never presented as a result.
  3. Website and landing-page check — five ranked fixes, most you can make yourself.
  4. Local visibility snapshot — your Business Profile and reviews against the cleaning companies ranking above you.
  5. 90-day plan — three moves in order, the spend range each needs, and realistic milestones.

Three questions owners ask first

Anything else? Ask it on the intro call — request your audit or call +1 (845) 302-3697.

What does it cost?▾

Management starts at $650 a month as a flat fee; the exact fee and what it covers are scoped to your goals and market and confirmed on the intro call. Ad spend is separate, paid by you directly to Google, Microsoft or Meta in accounts you own. No lock-in; cancel any month.

What do you need from us to track booked jobs?▾

Read-only access to the ad accounts and a scheduled-jobs export from your booking software or CRM — BookingKoala, ZenMaid, Launch27, Jobber and Housecall Pro are the ones we see most. We never ask for passwords. Without the export we still report leads; we just label the booking numbers as estimates.

Who actually handles my account?▾

A senior strategist, named on the intro call, who runs the account and answers your questions — not a rotating account manager. Digiheave is based in New Delhi and works with US cleaning companies; US phone +1 (845) 302-3697.
